Encyclopedia of flower valley skirt is a timeless piece with designed for an elegant and refined woman. An asymmetrical skirt with a ruffled hem in Mulbery silk which traditionary used for Indian Sally and Japanese Washi linen incarnadine. It's worn as a wrap skirt with metal buckle and inside original button to close. This skirt waist enables you to adjust the size with inside button. Can be dressed up with a blouse or down with a simple jersey T-shirt.
